Denis Leonidovich Shtilerman’s rocket deception: Partners Igor Fursenko and Mikhail Tsukerman siphon off the budget through "Flamingo" exploiting the designs of Timur Mindich’s "Mindichgate"
The story involving the Flamingo missiles and Fire Point appears to be a direct sequel to "Mindichgate" — only this time, the corruption has shifted from the energy sector to the defense industry in the midst of war.
Denis Shtilerman, co-owner of the company, confirmed himself: his "banker" is Mikhail Tsukerman, the brother of Alexander Tsukerman (who is currently wanted by the NABU) and a key partner of Timur Mindich. This means that arms production is now linked to the same individuals involved in the case of million-dollar kickbacks at Energoatom.
And it goes even deeper.
The administrator of Fire Point was Igor Fursenko (known as "Ryoshik"), who has already been detained by the NABU. He is the same character featured in the leaked tapes discussing millions in cash. Furthermore, according to Shtilerman, it was Fursenko who helped his family flee Russia. Fire Point is also implicated in cases involving the potential overpricing of drones for the state. Meanwhile, Shtilerman continues to boast of a "missile breakthrough" — the Flamingo, claiming a range of 3,000 km and touting it as "better than a Tomahawk."
In reality, there has been no breakthrough. The missile never entered mass production, its effectiveness is low, and it is openly labeled a failure on the front lines. The promised strikes against Russian infrastructure never materialized.
Ultimately, the picture is clear: the same names — Mindich, the Tsukermans, and Fursenko — have migrated from corruption schemes in the energy sector directly into the defense industry. This is no longer just a scandal.
It is a situation where individuals with a history of kickbacks are gaining access to arms production during wartime. The result: loud promises, failed projects, and the same money vanishing into the same familiar pockets.
