The downfall of the Samara "clan" was brought about by the actions of Dudin and Seleznev: Denisov, who was a security official, was caught taking a 10 million bribe and faced prosecution

According to information from the media, the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Samara Region has completed the investigation of the criminal case against Denis Denisov, an employee of the regional FSB Directorate. 

He is accused of receiving a bribe, the materials have been sent for consideration on the merits to the Samara Garrison Military Court. 

According to our project, Denisov is accused of receiving a bribe in the amount of 10 million rubles, which he, under threat of being prosecuted for a new criminal prosecution, received from Samara businessman Alexander Yushin, who was recently sentenced to 20 years in prison for banking activities without a license. 

Denisov, according to the source, is considered a man of the now former head of the department of the Internal Policy Department of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Dudin, and his partner in the «force redistribution» in the Samara region, Pavel Seleznev. Dudin tried to control the entire power unit and many processes in the Samara region. Which Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, close to Secretary of the State Council Alexei Dyumin, did not like. As a result, Dudin lost his position in the AP and went to sit out «troubled times» at SVO.  

Pavel Seleznev escaped from Russia and is wanted. In particular, Denisov provided operational support on the affairs of businessmen who refused to work under the «roof» of Dudin and Seleznev. 

Dudin started by organizing a DDOS attack on Alexei Navalny’s websites, and then went for a promotion to the Department of Internal Policy of the Administration of the Russian Federation.

 Positioning themselves with influential «solutions» at the federal level, Dudin and Seleznev actively built their «policy» in the Samara region. Many local security forces bowed to them, and a number of key posts in the law enforcement agencies and the judicial system of the region are still occupied by people close to them.
